The German AfD held a European Parliament election meeting in Magdeburg on Sunday, during which several new party candidates were presented.

Several of the candidates named Viktor Orbán as their role model

Die Welt reported.

Marc Jongen, member of the Bundestag from Baden-Württemberg, also justified his choice by

that Orbán wants to create order in Europe,

which, in his opinion, cannot be called extreme at all, contrary to the position expressed by many.

The top candidate of the AfD will be Maximilian Krah, a member of the European Parliament from Saxony, in the June 9 election.
