The nephew of Subcarpathian representative Viktor Baloga can expect a "hard" prison sentence of up to three to five years. Pavlo Baloga - whose father was also a member of the Ukrainian parliament - knocked down a doctor during a traffic dispute, then let him down, and his victim died of his injuries after six days in a coma.

The perpetrator's wife, Darija Begy, and her brother, Mikola Begy, were still present in the car. At first, Mikola took responsibility for the violent act, but the police found out the real perpetrator, Kárpáthír wrote. The authorities apprehended the culprit and placed him in temporary custody.
