The nephew of Subcarpathian representative Viktor Baloga can expect a "hard" prison sentence of up to three to five years. Pavlo Baloga - whose father was also a member of the Ukrainian parliament - knocked down a doctor during a traffic dispute, then let him down, and his victim died of his injuries after six days in a coma.
