In August, many people asked the question: where has Ferenc Gyurcsány gone? Many had already hoped that the fallen patriot and head of government would finally retire to his estate in Kotcse, where he would hoe his small garden, drip nectar from his vines, join the life of the local folk dance group, maybe finally start to turn his promise made in Őszöd into small change, and start "bloody" about the future of the left. write political essays and compile them into a volume.
But it didn't happen that way. On the morning of August 20, Ferenc Gyurcsány baked bread, then broke it, accompanied by a tsunami of comments from his enthusiastic fans, and then he let them know that the time has come, "we are ready".
"And with that, the quiet, retreating summer is slowly over. How did we say last summer? We are getting ready," repeated LáriFeri to his followers. I want to say, this is again a kind of Larifarian artifice from the left's Osztap Bender. A fairy tale with foam. Citizen bombardment of the people. Demagoguery, indeed, utopia.
How why? I don't know if it has occurred to our readers that there is hardly a day when, on the most devoted and dedicated opposition platforms, for example in the ATV call-in program, the defeated opposition, crushed by Gyurcsány, does not receive some serious criticism or a deplorable suggestion about what they are actually doing. ? They say nothing. Even in connection with the "Shooting Phenomenon" mentioned by the political rival's narrator, they don't think of a clear foot, there is no high ball that they can knock down, that they can turn to their own advantage.
The "preparation" that started last summer with great secrecy and kept the opposition public in a frenzy can be said in hindsight, the mountains labored and gave birth to a mouse.
The political innovation drawn from the cylinder, which was the shadow government itself, resulted in the parliamentary opposition of the Orbán regime falling to unprecedented depths. The political product has become junk.
Today, two other political formations, the Mi Hazánk Mozgalom and the Hungarian Two-Tailed Dog Party, are ahead of the five parties of the six-party Gyurcsány alliance. Only twelve percent of the entire voting-age population would vote for the Democratic Coalition.
Is it worth embarking on another pre-enveloped failure like this?
So the question is now more and more: how long can the orbital lie distract attention from the obvious, but extremely unpleasant question: how to win an election with Gyurcsány? So that seven million Hungarians in this country and abroad would never vote for him? After the 2022 fiasco, the DK party and intellectual hinterland invented the lie that Karácsony betrayed the opposition because he withdrew in the second round of the primaries in favor of Márki-Zay.
LáriFeri tried to divert attention from the evil pact that the Democratic Coalition made with Jobbik before the primary election with this utter nonsense. They elaborately planned that in the first round, Karácsony would win, Dobrev would be second, and Jakab would be third. DK and Jobbik, which split the majority of constituencies among themselves, put Gyurcsány's wife in a winning position with the votes of the retreating Jakab.
Well, my God, that didn't suit KláriFeri. For Fer, hiding behind Klára's skirt. A new lie had to be launched. This was about the fact that the gaz Fidesz voters "helped" Péter Márki-Zay, thus pushing out the potential challenger, that is, Klára Dobrev.
I note that with Dobrev they would not have achieved the same result as with Péter Márki-Zay, because of the seven million voters who rejected Gyurcsány. This is not political science, but simple mathematics. The pact - of course only from the point of view of the Gyurcsánys - was still so beneficial that Jobbik "knocked it out". Just as the MSZP ran into Gyurcsány's deadly embrace earlier, the agony has continued ever since. And now Momentum is getting ready.
To step into the same river for the fifth time, in the mud of which they have already sunk several times. Jobbik's support, for example, as a result of Frigy Gyurcsány, has now dropped to such a low level compared to the 20 percent it had previously reached, that it actually no longer leads back to the forefront of politics.
