I understand why the opposition, the DK, for example, lies in two or three announcements a day. But I don't understand why they lie so obviously? Presumably because their followers are assumed to have one, at most two brain cells, so they believe everything without thinking.
I wouldn't underestimate my own voter base so much, but I'm not a political genius from DK. True, there is no such thing in DK either.
There is, for example, the constantly croaking László Varju, and someone named Miklós Kovács, who is only known by his title, and not even himself. Together, they claim that Hungarian tourism has "fallen into a serious crisis", and they even envision that the Balaton crisis can be measured in "empty beaches and restaurants".
I hope these shadows continue to treat reality as an annoying side effect, because if they don't, it could give them serious tantrums. Did they even go to the Hungarian sea on a hot weekend? There is no way. If they had visited, they should have seen that the "Congo" beaches were full, and there were long, long lines snaking in front of the empty catering places.
This is the new DK invention, the full married emptiness.
If the above-mentioned gentlemen were interested in the reality, they would browse through the tourism statistics of the past summer, according to which the visitor traffic at Lake Balaton exceeded the previous year's traffic by roughly 4 percent. Of course, you can also find "negative" data, because the number of guest nights is 1 percent lower, but to make the statement that Balaton is "Kong" from emptiness is strange, to say the least, and a big lie when translated into Hungarian. Any conclusion derived from this lie is a lie squarely.
But there is an even better package of lies than DK's. Two in one day, not a bad result! Let's take a look at what Herfort Marietta, the chief adviser on Roma issues, says - also in a press release. Here it is:
The reason why the Gypsy/Roma population is drastically decreasing is because "due to the rhetoric and increasingly extreme communication of the ruling party, they can rightfully feel afraid, as the government stigmatizes them because of their Roma origin, and often makes the community a scapegoat due to its faulty policies."
And the beautiful thing about this statement is that it does not contain a grain of reality in any of its elements. How does this chief adviser on lies get the idea that the government stigmatizes and scapegoats the Roma community? Who is sick, dear shadow? The EU representative of the Hungarian government was the only one who put forward a comprehensive (and of course ignored in the EU) Roma catch-up program. This government is doing everything it can to keep Roma children in school and to put those Roma who want to work to work.
the owner of the shadows at that time was kept in poverty not by work, but by aid.
Of course, we can't expect miracles from DK. The shadow members do the same as their wise leader confessed in the Ószöd villain speech: they lie morning, night and evening. During the day, they include their lies in announcements.
They could have learned the old wisdom: the best lie is a half-truth. The problem is that, unfortunately, they don't even tell half the truth.
It's the truth.
