Police captain Gábor Kele, crime commander, head of the economic protection sub-department of the Gyöngyös Police Department of the Heves Vármegyei Police Department, was the one who finally found the old lady who disappeared on October 4.

The centurion told Heol how the search went, and also spoke about the touching moments of finding it. On October 4, they received a report about Aunt Anna's disappearance. They did not find her that day, and since the weather got very cold at night and more than 24 hours had passed, there was also a risk of dehydration, so they saw very little chance of finding the woman alive.

- I took up the duty on the morning of October 5th, at which time my head of the captaincy informed me that the hot-track activities related to Aunt Anna had not yet been completed, and I was assigned to coordinate them. We immediately got to work and went out to Kisnána. Arriving at the scene, I assessed the conditions to see what forces I could group. Dog units and drones also arrived at the scene to help with the search. We also received civil support, I witnessed an exemplary cooperation - Gábor Kele began to tell the story.

In addition to the Help Rescue Dog Association, the Hungarian National Rescue Drone Pilots Association, the Hope Rescue Dog Association, the Hungarian Rescue 4×4 and the neighborhood police also helped in the search.

They were active all day, trying to find cameras, they also asked for footage from the neighboring Domoszló, because the dogs went in that direction at first. The search was made difficult by the fact that few recordings were available.

"We ran a race against time." The live chain has started both outside and inside. We had to comb every nook and cranny, because it was assumed that the aunt could even hide under a bush for the night. By the afternoon, we saw less and less chance of finding the lady unharmed, but we didn't give up. That's when we found half a pair of socks and a comb. Luckily for us, Aunt Anna was wearing a pair of socks, and her relatives identified that the found piece was hers, as was the comb, explained the crime commander.

At that moment, they were in a dense, wooded area, and they searched everything. There was also a dry stream bed in the forest.

– Moving away from the live chain, I headed towards the bed, because it was in my mind that if it was difficult for us to go through the bush, maybe Aunt Anna was also looking for a spot where she could go a little easier. I found the other sock there. We learned from the relatives that the lady has pain in her leg, which is why she is limping. Next to the sock, I saw the marks on the floor where he had dragged his feet. About a hundred meters from the piece of clothing, there was a bushy area, where I saw Aunt Anna. His energy was already low, he was lying on the ground, but I saw that he was moving, and I was very happy about that. It was one of the most beautiful moments of my life - Gábor Kele told our portal.

From his words, it became clear that it is a miracle that he was found alive, since in old age, after 24 hours, this is very rare. At first, Aunt Anna was terrified, afraid that her finder wanted to hurt her.

– I immediately tried to reassure him that I was there to protect him and that I had come to help him. So after the terror, I quickly saw a great relief in his eyes. I told the relatives to come and bring some water. They helped him get dressed, gave him something to drink, and he was very happy that we found him. Since we were in a thick bush area, several people helped to take Auntie Anna to the quickly arriving ambulance. He was very cute, jokingly commenting how happy he was to be taken out by young gentlemen. It brought tears to the eyes of even the toughest of men that we found her alive and that the aunt even had the strength to joke. He was very grateful for the help, he explained.

Gábor Kele has been in the business for almost 15 years, but Aunt Anna was the first person he managed to find alive after 24 hours. This is a great joy and great happiness for a criminal commander, he emphasized.

"It was very efficient and concentrated teamwork that led us to find the old lady." I also told them on the spot, when they started thanking me, that the sentence was written by the team, I just put the full stop at the end. It is a great happiness that I was able to lead such a well-organized team, he emphasized. He added that he is especially grateful to his colleague István Eperjesi and to district commissioner Máté Sárándi, as his presence sped up the events and his local knowledge greatly facilitated the search.
