The terrorists would start by destroying Israel, but then target the rest of the world because that is how they interpret the prophecy.

After the destruction of Israel, the terrorist organization Hamas would target the rest of the world, says Yacov-Hadas Handelsman, Israel's ambassador to Budapest.

The experts who spoke at the Mathias Corvinus Collegium's podium discussion listed at length what dangers await Europe in the wake of the conflict in the Middle East.

"The majority of the protesters are Arabs, Palestinians, Muslims with a migration background, who use the democratic values of our society to promote anti-democratic views and question the right to life of a people by referring to freedom of speech. This is unacceptable"

- stated Yacov-Hadas Handelsman, Israel's ambassador to Budapest, during the podium discussion organized at the ceremonial opening of the academic year and dedication of the building of the Mathias Corvinus Collegium training center in Veszprém. He emphasized that no one should think that this is only their fight: the terrorists would start by destroying Israel, but then they would target the rest of the world, because that is how they interpret the prophecy.

The shocking result of migration in Germany

"They don't want to adapt to the civilization of the Western world, which is in danger. It is shocking that we are talking about Germany when we say that self-organized sharia police patrol the streets and punish anyone who does not live or behave according to Islamic rules. This is a consequence of migration”

Yacov-Hadas Handelsman pointed out. He confirmed that his country is more united than ever after the political strife, citing as an example that

even Orthodox Jews, who have so far stayed away from the army, are waiting to be drafted.

The goal is clear: the destruction of Hamas and the release of the hostages, who include a nine-month-old and an 84-year-old Israeli.

The ambassador would not even call the terrorists who killed innocent people with barbaric methods on October 7th as animals, moreover, many of them were not Jews, but Asian or Israeli Arabs working in the country, but even the animals were killed indiscriminately.

"White trash," the rampaging pro-Palestinian protesters shouted at the British and Europeans

Terrorists could not be allowed to live in Budapest

Gladden Pappin, the president of the Hungarian Institute of Foreign Affairs, recalled that it was shocking to see that the terrible actions of Hamas were being celebrated in European cities, and he believes

One of the results of Hungary's migration policy is that this did not happen in Budapest.

At the same time, he highlighted the attitude of the Hungarian government, which immediately condemned terrorist violence, stated that Israel has the right to self-defense, and banned pro-terrorist demonstrations. According to him, it is a great danger for Europe that not only civilians are fleeing from Gaza, but also terrorists, who may later appear on the continent as well.

The head of the institute also pointed out that the issue of military support for Israel and Ukraine is becoming increasingly complex in the United States, since the conflict in Ukraine did not develop as planned, it is beginning to resemble the war in Iraq or Afghanistan, while the Americans cannot keep up with the with demands related to military equipment.

They have no choice but to be anti-Israel

Levente Benkő, Hungary's former ambassador to Israel, said that the brutal attack torpedoed the normalizing relationship between the Jewish state and the Arab countries,

and the escalation of the conflict is not primarily a danger for Israel, because it can defend itself, but rather for Europe, because it would have to deal with an unprecedented threat of terrorism and a wave of migration.

When the moderator of the event, historian Bernát László Veszprémy, editor-in-chief of Corvinák, suggested that the signatories of the Abraham Accords also reacted against Israel, Levente Benkő mentioned the history of the Gaza hospital as an example:

"Before any evidence came to light, the international press immediately wrote about Israel's responsibility and hundreds of dead. Imagine what else the governments of the Arab countries that are close to Israel could have done while they were protesting against Israel in the streets after hearing such news."
