The manager of the theater had to watch the two actors fall from a height of nearly three meters through the monitor from his director's room.

The director general of the National Theater spoke about the circumstances of the accident that happened in the institution the other day and his thoughts about his termination on Wednesday night in HírTV Napi's current program.

Attila Vidnyánszky clearly and firmly confirmed that he cannot imagine a continuation at the moment.

Júlia Szász was released from the hospital, but I haven't been able to talk to her yet. I managed to talk to Otto Lajos Horváth, we hope that he will be released tomorrow - said Attila Vidnyászky.

Regarding the accident, the director said that he had to watch the two actors fall from a height of nearly three meters through the monitor from his director's room.

I was in the theater at the time of the accident, I saw that something was wrong, I ran down immediately - he recalled Friday's events.

"The shock and the pain, that one hour was horrible. Because we didn't know what happened to them. We did not know if there were any serious injuries. That's why I waited until the next day, the night, to finally find out how badly they were injured. Heaven was with us, that's for sure, our guardian angels were watching over us, because actually, much worse could have happened," added the general director.

When asked how serious he was about offering to resign, the director general responded as follows:

"There, at that moment, I decided, seeing the two people struggling with pain, that I had to make a big gesture. I resigned, so I didn't offer my resignation, I resigned".

He then added that they should pass the examination first and then see how to proceed. In any case, at the moment he "can't imagine a sequel".
