What does he want from the West?
Money, money, guns. Furthermore, such trifles as the West converting its economy to a war economy.
What is missing from Kuleba's theory of victory?
Just the theory.
The link between the mountains of steel and explosives to be delivered by the West and the political outcome envisioned by Kuleba.
