To what extent do the national minority rights apply to Hungarians in the individual separated areas, and to what extent does the majority nation respect them? What can be the explanation for the fact that the European Commission rejected the citizen's initiative signed by 1.1 million citizens, launched for the protection of national and linguistic minorities, what would be the ideal practice, how could the legal protection of minorities be enforced in the Union?
