The pro-Palestinian demonstration quickly turned into an anti-Christian atrocity.
Magyar Nemzet, pro-Palestinian protesters clashed with the police in New York on Christmas. The authorities launched an investigation into the incident on Tuesday. On Monday, hundreds of pro-Palestinian protesters gathered in the city's downtown Rockefeller Center, where
in addition to supporting the uprising against Israel and the intifada, they also started chanting the slogan "Abolish Christmas".
After that, clashes took place at several points in the city center, for example near St. Patrick's Cathedral and at the city's main train station, Grand Central Station. In the latter place, several protesters and police were injured.
Several of the pro-Palestinian activists have been arrested by authorities, and a New York Police Department spokesman said Tuesday that the investigation against them is ongoing.
