Ágnes Hornung announced on the government's Facebook page that the government will support the creation of homes for families with children next year with higher amounts than ever before.
The Secretary of State responsible for families at the Ministry of Culture and Innovation emphasized that for the government, even in wartime, Hungarian families are the first priority, which is why the government not only protected family subsidies, but also expanded them. As he said, starting in January, you can apply for the extra chocolate and the amount of the village chocolate will increase.
Csok plus is a loan with an interest rate of up to 3 percent, which can be applied for by families who are about to have a child, as well as those who already have children but are expecting more children, for the purchase, construction or expansion of residential property, the Secretary of State pointed out.
The additional amount of the allowance depends on the total number of children the family will have with the adopted children, Hornung reminded, and then clarified: for families with one child, 15 million forints, for families with two children, 30 million, and for families with three children, up to 50 million forints is extra.
The loan can be applied for in all settlements of the country, and no property acquisition tax has to be paid for the property purchased using the loan.
From January, the amount of the village allowance will be doubled, emphasized the state secretary, adding that the non-refundable subsidy can be applied for by families living in the so-called "preferred, i.e. small villages with village allowance" under five thousand people, for the purchase, construction, extension or for modernization.
The amount of support at the time of purchase or construction is one million forints for one child, four million forints for two children, and 15 million forints for three or more children. In the case of modernization or expansion, depending on the number of children, half of the purchase-construction amount is due.
Village chocolate and chocolate plus can be ordered together.
