The Kossuth Prize-winning Hungarian singer expressed a hard-hitting opinion about the pardon scandal. According to his claim, he was surprised that Katalin Novák and Judit Varga resigned, but he accepts their decision, while he strongly criticized Péter Magyar.
Although Feró Nagy did not expect that Novák would actually resign in the end, he believes that both he and Judit Varga made the right decision:
"I was very surprised by it, I didn't expect it. I agree with Viktor Orbán on this: anyone who touches my children should be torn to shreds. Yes, it was a dog's duty to resign, it's a fair thing, he made a mistake"
- stated Feró, and then added that he was surprised by the decision of the female politicians, because there have been several cases where politicians have made mistakes, but in the end they did not resign. He emphasized that he thinks they acted fairly, but regrets that they are leaving:
"We lost two really great girls, that's a problem"
Regarding the pardon case, Feró Nagy expressed caution, citing that he "does not want to judge Endre K.", as there is a lot to hear, and that is why he entrusts himself to the responsible politician and his decision.
However, Péter Magyar's statement already knocked Feró Nagy off guard, who expressed a strong opinion about Judit Varga's ex-husband:
"I don't like it at all. If someone gets out of somewhere, they don't go back to the nest. What he is doing, he has betrayed what he has been involved in so far. Why didn't you notice this sooner, 5-10 years ago? I condemn it from this point of view”
Fero noted.
