According to the former Russian president, peace negotiations cannot be held with the current leadership in Kyiv.
Visegrad24's X-page also published a video clip in which Dmitry Medvedev spoke about how one of Ukraine's former presidents, Leonid Kravchuk, was wrong when he once said, "Ukraine is not Russia."
In his short speech at the federal educational marathon, Medvedev stated: "Ukraine is undoubtedly Russia."
Meanwhile, an imaginary map was projected behind his back, on which Ukraine was already dismembered. Most of it was embraced by Russia, and the western parts were divided between Poland, Romania and Hungary.

Medvedev also showed a collage of memes made of Western leaders, on which he depicted them in personification - this was already reported by a Russian Telegram site. According to the channel, the former Russian president stated: "peace negotiations are impossible with the current leadership of Ukraine."
This will only be possible if the country gets a new leadership that "recognizes the realities, that is, the territories occupied by the Russians," the presentation said.
The Telegram page also reminded that Dmitry Medvedev repeatedly voiced his territorial claims regarding Ukrainian cities such as Kharkiv, Dnipro and Odessa, and also authorized the offensive against Kyiv.
