The strategic contract concluded by the Egyenlő.hu trade union and CÖF-CÖKA follows the innovative protection of the interests of employees and takes into account the basic slogan of "We row in one boat", they emphasize in their statement.
"Based on the common interests of the Hungarian state, company owners, management, as well as the employees and their families, who will hopefully play a role in our community-creating ship, we recommend for consideration the (117) CXVII of 1995. addition to the law.
We see it as possible to introduce trade-related employees once a month, depending on the decision of their employers, to be able to purchase up to HUF 35,000+VAT.
This amount can be increased annually by the rate of annual inflation determined by the KSH.
We based our initiative on the fact that our proposal to amend the law does not cause measurable tax losses or additional costs for the caring state and business owners.
At the same time, it indicates the sensitivity of the caring state, not only towards the employee, but also towards their families, and the employer uses a new solution that encourages its employees to stay in place.
