If the end justifies the means, then what is Péter Magyar's problem with Antal Rogán?
Péter Magyar says:
"...there is such a public interest when one thinks that it is possible to allow a device that would otherwise not be allowed".
If this is true, then I don't understand what's wrong with Antal Rogán?
All Rogan solutions objected to by him can be justified with this.
So, before the independent objective opposition intelligentsia applauds this otherwise old principle ("the end justifies the means" - they fear?), think about whether you want to live in a world where this is an accepted practice even in family life. Because this is Péter Magyar's world.
And no. There is no public interest that entitles anyone to secretly record a private conversation with their spouse.
According to recent historical experience, it has happened so far for two reasons that people have made such audio recordings privately in the family circle:
1. if the person worked for the bodies (read: was an informer);
2. if the creator wanted to blackmail with the recording.
Whatever the motive may have been, Péter Magyar's reasoning may appear to be an explanation, but not an excuse.
And according to the teaching of history, whoever does this is also capable of greater villainy.
