While Péter Magyar spectacularly grinds Momentum, party girl Gabi Tóth, who has no sense of reality, is busy with the character assassination of her sister.
It is true to say that those who live their lives in the public eye must also withstand criticism, not just praise. However, what has been going on against Gabi Tóth in recent months has gone beyond all limits. His brother, Vera Tóth, spoke about this earlier in Katalin Rangos' program at the Jégbüfe, where he stated as follows:
"I understand the point that he preached the importance of family and motherhood... But he really thought so! […] She never said about herself that she is the Madonna of the Carpathians and the Virgin Mary. Someone said that about him. He never claimed this about himself, you won't read about it anywhere in a newspaper...
However, there is also a rather strong character assassination in relation to Gabi, which I think exhausts the concept of abuse and verbal abuse."
Well, today the situation is that not only is Gabi Tóth on the target of the left-wing informants, but Vera, her brother, is also poking the eyes of the Libs. It happened that Márton Tompos, the vice-president of Momentum, claimed in his Facebook video:
"The Verá Tóths opened a convenience store with HUF 39 million, which has everything, except for the basic needs of local life, which was a condition of the tender."
The singer was forced to speak on the matter. He responded to the politician's outburst in a Facebook post:
"In response to the video published yesterday on the Facebook page of Márton Tompos, the vice president of the Momentum Movement:
My husband, Zoltán Pauli, along with other applicants, started the application for the Hungarian village program in a fair way, as he has always done for the past 20 years.
I do not own a share in the convenience store mentioned in the video, we do not have a joint family company, the scope of activities of my independent, own company is related to my profession as a performing artist.
My name was used illegally in the post associated with the video in order to attract more attention and create more atmosphere. I filed a report regarding this activity today at the police station in Siklós.
I ask the press staff to refrain from further infringing my reputation or slandering me by communicating untruths about me based on the post related to the video, and not to use my photo in their articles!
Thank you,
Veronika Pauli-Tóth"
However, the president of Momentum did not give up and continued his message, according to him, the issue of the Palkonya convenience store is not about Vera Tóth or Zoltán Pauli, even if they take this as a personal "discrediting campaign". Márton Tompos believes that the Hungarian Village Program is another centralizing effort, when the support is not given to the village, but someone "from above" decides who will receive it.
Nothing backs this up more than how much money the villages get in general. Palkonya, for example, received HUF 22 million in operating support in 2022, while the "convenience store" received HUF 37 million for opening. These rates are amazing and they leave settlements vulnerable
- writes Márton Tompos, who went on to emphasize that no one said that the company belonged to Vera Tóth, but to her husband, but she was "deeply involved" in the project, which everyone could see,
since his photos are almost everywhere on Palkonyha's website.
We understand, Marci, we understand - if Vera Tóth dares to advertise her husband's shop, she is burning public money. Logical, right?
