The European Parliament is about to adopt a resolution condemning our country again.
Hungary is being attacked in Brussels for its pro-peace and rejection of gender ideology and illegal immigration, even in the last mini-plenary session of the current five-year cycle of the European Parliament (EP), said Tamás Deutsch, the EP representative of Fidesz, in a video uploaded to Facebook on Wednesday.
The politician logged on to the social media site while standing in front of the meeting hall in Brussels, following the voting on the agenda of the EP session, where the body also put a resolution condemning Hungary on the agenda.
"But no matter what they do here in Brussels, we will protect Hungarian interests, and no matter how the dollar leftists do with their European comrades, Hungary will still stand by its pro-peace position, reject gender-ideological madness, defend its sovereignty and say no to illegal migration." said the politician.
He asked the question: under the circumstances, when the performance of the European economy is constantly weakening, does the EP deal with the economic performance of the union?
While all over Western Europe the farmers revolted due to Brussels' attacks on the agricultural economy, does the EP deal with the problems of the farmers? Are you dealing with the fact that the failed Brussels response to the Russo-Ukraine war, the sanctions policy, skyrocketed energy prices and caused horrendous inflation?
He replied, "He doesn't care about that."
On the other hand, at the last mini-plenary meeting of the five-year parliamentary cycle, two debates in the European Parliament that will once again put Hungary on the agenda will be held.
Furthermore, the left-wing majority of the EP decided that in two weeks, at the end of the cycle plenary session in Strasbourg, a
"They will also pass a resolution that pushes Hungary down in everything and echoes the lies well known by the dollar left".
According to him, the fact that Hungary, despite the political blackmail of the Brussels bureaucracy, has a firm pro-peace position can be explained by the fact that the EP deals with the harassment of Hungary instead of the problems of European citizens. Hungary resists pressure to let in illegal immigrants, said Tamás Deutsch in his video statement.
