According to the Russian specialist, those countries who provided humanitarian aid to Ukraine instead of arms made the right decision.
The West is actually only harming its ally, Ukraine, with more and more aid packages, political writer Vaclav Gorzejsi believes based on the RIA article. The publicist justified this by saying, among other things, that the more weapons they send to the Ukrainians, the longer the war lasts, which de facto harms the country.
In my opinion, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria and Switzerland chose the right path
Gorzejsi pointed out that these countries provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine, but do not deliver weapons.
He added that in the current, extremely unfavorable situation, Kiev should conclude a truce as soon as possible, accepting certain territorial losses.
Undoubtedly, this is the lesser evil compared to a bloody conflict that could even last for years
he stated.
