I listen to the expressions about the French nuclear doctrine: as if the union of eunuchs had decided to organize the wildest orgy on the continent. By Robert C. Castel.
"I'm listening to smarter than smart statements about the French nuclear doctrine, about how the Gauls will make their nuclear warheads EU-compatible. and how, at the end of the process, old Europe will become the world's youngest nuclear power.
It does not yet have a state, nor does it have soldiers, but it would already have nuclear weapons.
Maybe not as much as the evil Russian Empire, but much more virtuous tools of mass murder.
I hear all this wisdom from people who have never served as a soldier for a minute, never heard the whistling of bullets or the rustle of shrapnel. And those who only know as much about the atom as they heard from Julien, the king in Madagascar:
You are the top!
A real atomic maki!
I hate it either way.
I swear, anyway, anyway.
A generation of politicians and experts grew up in Fukuyama and Harari, for whom the international system is not a jungle, but a grown-up NGO, whose minor problems can easily be solved with legal and organizational actions and a little political activism.
Because of course everyone is human and basically we all want the same thing. Not true?
I don't know how it is with him, but it all looks to me as if the union of eunuchs has decided that they will organize the wildest orgy on the continent."
