The media service provider must therefore publish a correction due to the review of the statement of the head of the food chain.
According to Richárd Stock, the CEO of Klubrádió, they practically had no chance to prove themselves in the accelerated procedure, since it was a statement made by a foreign person to a foreign newspaper. They will appeal against the verdict, and if necessary, they will even take the case to international forums, since it would be impossible for the press if it could not inspect foreign papers related to the Hungarian Prime Minister.

Several media reviewed the statement of the CEO of the Austrian-owned store chain, Hans Reisch, who claimed in the Lebensmittel Zeitung newspaper that the company's operation was restructured and part of its Hungarian assets fled to Switzerland, because with this step they want to protect themselves against Orbán Viktor's oligarchs acquire the second strongest food trading company on the Hungarian market.
According to the article published in the Lebensmittel Zeitung, he said: he received a request to allow a relative of Viktor Orbán to invest in the Hungarian subsidiary. According to the prime minister, this is untrue, so he launched a press lawsuit against the Hungarian media that received the report, demanding a correction.
