"If the Western countries want to solve the Ukrainian crisis on the battlefield, Moscow is ready to do so," Acting Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Russian Parliament's Upper House on Monday, during the consultation on his re-nomination.
