Pentecost is the celebration of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. The subject of the Catholic Pentecost is the fulfillment of the Easter mystery: the coming of the Holy Spirit, the outpouring of his gifts, the new law and the birthday of the Church. On this day - at the same time as the farewell in Csíksomlyó - the Catholic faithful can participate in Holy Mass at the cross raised on Pilisszentlászló.

The invitation to the event reads as follows:

"During the 17 years of its history, the common Pentecost Mass of Csíksomlyo and Piliszántó, starting at the same time, has become a tradition at the chapel of Our Lady of Pilisszántó. On this day, on the two holy mountains of the Carpathian Basin - Babba Mária on Hargita, and Our Lady on the side of the historic Christian Pilis Mountain - she embraces our Hungarian brothers scattered around the world, torn from our motherland, in a unity of love.

At the Mass that is said at the same time, we hold hands with the love of the Holy Spirit of Pentecost. "Let there be peace between us!" "Let's openly confess our faith and our Hungarianness in front of the country and the world!" The Holy Mass offered for the unity of the nation, for our sweet country, for our survival, for the end of the murderous wars, will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. local time, in the spirit of the present Holy Crown. With our prayers that cross our borders, we ask our Heavenly Mother to protect our people, our sweet country, the kingdom of Mary from the destructive evil of a world starving for love and morally empty."
