In two months, 200,000 viewers saw the Petőfi film in the Carpathian Basin.

According to official data, 160,000 people in Hungary and more than 40,000 people outside our borders bought tickets for our film in the last two months - Philip Rákay on his social media page, data on the viewership of the film

In the post, he recalled that the unprecedented success was also achieved against the odds, as the film was exposed to an unprecedented tsunami of hatred.

"This is a huge success!" Thank you for the audience's boundless love and trust, and also for the fact that there are so many people who did not let themselves be dissuaded from our film! However, the tellers and a significant part of the press did everything - even using the most despicable means - to deliberately scare people away from the Petőfi film.
