Magyar Nemzet , the former vice-chairman of the Tisza Party known as Péter Magyar, Deák Boldizsár, may have been framed by the state security service of the Kádár regime after he was caught for several burglaries - according to other sources, shoplifting. According to our local informants from Eger, the recruitment is supported by the fact that, as far as they know, Boldizsár Deák did not have to serve his sentence.

The man could also attract the attention of state security by the fact that he arrived in Hungary with his family from Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania, sometime in the late 1960s and early 70s.

Deák was able to report on his acquaintances under the pseudonym "Sólyom", and one of his handwritten accounts was recently discovered.

In April, historian Áron Máthé wrote on his Huszárvágáz blog that he had retrieved the "Sólyom" work file, which was opened on October 27, 1973, and closed on December 28, 1983. According to the summary of the Historical Archives of the State Security Services, the secret agent was arrested by the Police Headquarters of Heves County III/II. His department mainly dealt with persons who returned from the West with amnesty, as well as in the field of tourism control and research.

In his reports, he reported on his foreign relations, his trips abroad (Germany, the Netherlands, the USA, Yugoslavia, among others), the employees of Technolux KTSZ, his acquaintances in Eger, economic and financial crimes, and persons who stayed abroad illegally.
