The men's water polo players of the Hungarian champion and Hungarian Cup winner Ferencváros won the Champions League again after 2019, beating Pro Recco, the winner of the previous three competitions, 12-11 in the final.

Professionally, it is difficult to evaluate the match, what we experienced was fantastic. We believed that we could win the match, we took away Recco's confidence, this was the key to our victory. From then on, it was much more difficult for them, they came back into the game, but we had enough presence of mind to fend off their last two attacks.
Sandro Sukno:
Unfortunately, we only won silver medals, but we will continue to work and want to get the trophy back next season. From the beginning of the match, we played nervously, especially in attack, with the man advantage, Fradi's will prevailed more. In the last quarter, the four-minute exhibition proved decisive.
