The chairman of the Hargita County Council believes that they can offer perspective to future generations as well.
Csaba Borboly, chairman of the Hargita County Council, candidate for councilor, one of the earliest voting politicians in Székelyföld, together with his wife Melinda Borboly cast his vote at 7:00 a.m. in Csíkszereda in the voting precinct set up in the sports hall of József Attila Primary School.
Speaking to Maszol about the stakes of the elections, the county president stated:
today's stake is much higher than an average election, the stake is whether we are able to cross the 5 percent threshold and whether we are able to continue to show strength, because we see that it is not possible to keep our rights without political strength.
That is why it is important to unite all Transylvanian Hungarians.
"I believe that if we can show our strength today, then not only for this period, but also for the period that will come after us, for our children, we can show and outline a way, a future, a perspective in which we can achieve a good life at home to live, to protect our rights, and to be able to fight in unity at the local county, national and European level to preserve our values. I voted with confidence"
said Csaba Borboly.
