It will be over the moment my father wins, said the son of the former American president in the interview.

Now you are pretty much a politician too. How did it start with your father? Did you have political ambitions even in your childhood?

Yes, they certainly always were. My father always had a big voice. In the 1980s, he spoke on TV shows about how American politicians and bureaucrats make trillion-dollar decisions without even understanding what they're talking about. That finance committees are headed by politicians who know nothing about finance, they were just in the right place at the right time. I remember an interview: I was ten years old, my father was on The Oprah Winfrey Show talking about how badly America is being exploited with trade agreements. Back then Japan did it, now China. But specifically, he has been talking about this for forty years!

If you're a man of action - and he is - sooner or later you have to get into the ring, you've been talking about the coastline in vain. He's been watching our country decline for a long time and has been debating whether to get on board. He saw clearly that they would never solve this from within. Once you're part of the Washington swamp, you're stuck.

Your board seat at Raytheon depends on how many rockets you can sell, if you don't sell enough, you don't get the seat. If there is no war, you cannot sell rockets - there is no money in peace. This is why we must be at war forever. Things like this require an outsider who hasn't profited from the swamp to make a difference. This was his ultimate motivation, he said: what is a lot is a lot. You can't watch your country slide until the end of time, you have to get in sooner or later.

A second Trump presidency could be much more productive, which is why they are trying so aggressively to prevent it

What is your role in politics?

I have no role, I just fight. I'm not a politician, but I think I understand politics and I'm not afraid of real conversations. We grew up in a real estate family, we built a lot of things. My father always said that if you want to build something, you have to know how to dig a foundation. So he sent me to a construction site as a child. I'm probably the only billionaire kid who can drive a Caterpillar D10 bulldozer because I actually did. Perhaps this is where his special relationship with the ordinary people of America originates, he also does his job well as a real estate developer: he spent time with these people on construction sites.

He learned much more from them than from managers sitting in the office looking at spreadsheets. My father is essentially a blue-collar billionaire. I also owe my own voice to it.

Sure, I can talk bullshit at fancy New York charity dinners, but I've always felt really comfortable with ordinary Americans. And in politics, credibility is everything. You can't hide something for years, they see right through you. And I am aware of what is at stake: I have five young children, and I want us to leave them a country they can still recognize and be proud of. This cannot be achieved by remaining silent. Your voice must be heard and action must be taken.

In 2016, The New York Times wrote that Trump cannot win, but today no one doubts his chances. What has changed?

I think the Democratic Party also sees that they have nothing to campaign for in this cycle. They have no tangible successes. But they want to keep power at all costs, so they will have to win in other ways. That is why they try to imprison their political opponents. If the events of the last few years had not happened in the United States, but in Zimbabwe, the international community would have long ago demanded regime change and even intervened. What we see is pathetic: they actually made a martyr out of my father. Although everyone knows that it's not just about him. Now he is in their way, but they would do it with others.

If there were a fair election, we would win one of the greatest victories in American political history

Can you say one positive and one negative about Joe Biden's presidency?

I don't think anyone would think Joe Biden would make these crazy decisions. It wasn't the ignorant, eighty-year-old, Catholic Joe Biden who decided that Transgender Visibility Day should be held on Easter Sunday. We're not that stupid! It helped the cause of the left a lot that everything that Barack Obama wanted to do, but did not do because of the reaction of the Americans, Joe Biden is now doing it without any problems.

Biden is an empty suit. Valerie Jarrett, Susan Rice ( the executive director of the Obama Foundation and the former director of the domestic policy council - ed. ), Obama himself or they all sign whatever is put in front of him, even if it is the stupidest thing in the world. In fact, they enforce their will through it.

Transgender Visibility Day is there for the whole of June, it shouldn't have been on Easter Sunday, it was put there on purpose. But now that it's been put there, it catches the eye of others. Once their depravity becomes clear, people will understand that the system is broken. So the upside is that they are so ridiculous that they draw people into politics who would just live their lives, read the mainstream media from time to time, and even think they are true. But as soon as they are forced into politics, they can see with their own eyes what is going on. This is a huge win for our side.
