Joe Biden's flawed and provocative rhetoric led to the Russian-Ukrainian war - this is how Donald Trump sees it. According to the former American president, the final push was given to Moscow by the mention of Ukraine joining NATO, even though it has been known for more than twenty years that Russia responds aggressively to such a move. Donald Trump's words coincide with the statement of British Eurosceptic politician Nigel Farage. He said the other day: the West provoked the war with the expansion of the EU and NATO.

"I have been hearing for twenty years that if Ukraine becomes a member of NATO, it will be a serious problem for Russia. I think this war started because of the question of Ukraine's membership," Donald Trump said recently.

According to the former American president, the outbreak of the war was caused by the provocative and bad rhetoric of the White House, and the biggest mistake was made by Joe Biden when he supported Ukraine joining NATO.

"It was very provocative, in fact, they have become even more provocative recently. I hear that they routinely talk about Ukraine joining NATO. In fact, I hear now that France wants to go to war. I wish him much success," said Donald Trump.

The fact that Ukraine's future is in NATO is not a question, US President Joe Biden declared last December when he received Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi in Washington. The US president has previously emphasized that Ukraine belongs in NATO.

However, the current US president also believed that the eastern expansion of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization was a serious threat.

Back in 1997, as a senator, Joe Biden warned that the NATO accession of the Baltic states could provoke a hostile reaction from Russia.

"If anything would tip the balance and force Russia to take hostile or radical action, it would be this," Joe Biden declared in 1997.

Moscow has constantly warned: it will not tolerate NATO moving closer to its borders. In other words, the past expansion and the Ukrainian membership plan may have contributed to the fact that Russia started the war.

Nigel Farage recently spoke about the fact that the West provoked the Russian-Ukrainian war, because expansion in the East gave Russian President Vladimir Putin an excuse to attack Ukraine.

"It was obvious that the eastern expansion of NATO and the European Union gives Putin a reason to tell the Russian people that they are attacking us again and starting a war," said the British politician.

In the Russian-Ukrainian war that has been going on since 2022, hundreds of thousands have died and millions have fled Ukraine. Peace seems more and more distant, in addition to the United States, NATO and the European Union are taking an increasingly active role, sending money and weapons to Kiev.

According to Jens Stoltenberg, the Secretary General of NATO, the alliance's nuclear arsenal must be put on alert and shown as a deterrent, while more and more European states would receive American nuclear weapons on their territory.

Russia will further develop its land, sea and air nuclear weapons, Vladimir Putin said. According to the Russian president, this can ensure military deterrence and the preservation of the world's balance of power.

"We will strengthen our nuclear potential and increase the combat capabilities of our armed forces. We are deploying our latest systems, whose combat capabilities are advanced and considered unique. And we will continue to develop them," said Vladimir Putin.

We urgently need Western aid packages, primarily from the United States, Volodymyr Zelenskiy told Ukrainska Pravda. According to the Ukrainian president, what was agreed upon with US President Joe Biden must be fulfilled: they also need air defense systems, Patriot missiles and F-16 fighter jets.
