A few days ago, on the sandy beach behind the Fonyód-Bélatelep railway station, just fifty meters from the Sellő buffet, the direct waterfront swing that Károly Bánki dreamed up and realized was handed over a few days ago.
As a full-blood Balaton fan and lifelong civil activist, I am constantly thinking about how I can promote our beloved lake even more, and how to best serve the common good and the spirit of the Balaton for everyone slogan at the lowest cost.

On the afternoon of July 9, it was announced on the Facebook page of Balaton Valuable Rescue that the swing had disappeared and was presumably stolen.
Otherwise, the placement and design of the swing would have provided the perfect opportunity for visitors to capture the beautiful panorama of Lake Balaton and the water bathing in the sunset.
