The war in Ukraine and migration are on the agenda of the meeting.
On Thursday, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will participate in the fourth summit of the European Political Community (EPC) in Blenheim Castle near Oxford, England, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister's press chief, announced earlier.
47 European heads of state or government were invited to the meeting.
The leaders are scheduled to discuss support for Ukraine, as well as common challenges such as energy and connectivity, security and democracy, and migration.
The European Political Community (EPC) is an intergovernmental forum for political and strategic discussions on the future of Europe, which was established in 2022 at the initiative of French President Emmanuel Macron.
