After Joe Biden announced that he would withdraw from the presidential candidacy, the question arose in the United States about whether he should resign from the presidency.

In his letter published on social media site X on Sunday, Joe Biden stated that he will withdraw from the candidacy in the interest of the country and the Democratic Party and will focus exclusively on fulfilling his obligations for the remainder of his presidential term.

In other words, he will remain in office until January 20, 2025.

He also said he fully supports the candidacy of Vice President Kamala Harris.

The public has suspected for a long time that the first man of the world's leading power is not quite right. After one of his speeches he shook hands in the air, on another occasion he kissed the dress of a frightened little girl.

He claimed five months ago that he recently spoke with French President Mitterrand, but he has been dead for thirty years! He fell off his bike while standing at an event, and there was a memorable moment when he got lost on stage in Philadelphia.

And most recently, at the NATO summit, he introduced Zelenskiy, the Ukrainian president standing next to him, as Putin.

After Biden's withdrawal, Donald Trump wrote on the Truth Social, which he owns, that "Joe Biden was not a fit presidential candidate and certainly not fit to be president and never was." According to him, he obtained the position of president only with lies and fake news, and the people around him, including his doctor and the media, knew that he "wasn't capable of being president, and he wasn't."

According to the BBC, many Republican representatives immediately called on Joe Biden to resign and leave the White House.

If Joe Biden is not fit to run for president, he is not fit to be president either, said Mike Johnson, Speaker of the House of Representatives. “You must resign immediately. November 5 cannot come soon enough," he added, referring to election day.

Senator Markwayne Mullin suggested that Biden be forcibly removed from office under the 25th Amendment to the Constitution, which governs succession if the president is unable to perform his duties.

In his New York Post article, he claims that powerful Democratic leaders have blackmailed Biden into using the 25th Amendment to forcibly remove him from office unless he withdraws from the candidacy. They had been preparing for the well-planned "palace coup" for weeks, but Biden was stubborn, a source close to the Biden family told the newspaper.

After the first Trump-Biden debate and since the assassination attempt against Trump, most opinion polls predicted Trump's victory in the November 5 presidential election. After that, more and more Democratic politicians, influential financiers, and even George Clooney called on Biden to step down.

Foxnews wrote that when it seemed that Joe Biden would lose to Trump, the left wing of the Democratic Party, led by ex-Speaker Nancy Pelosi and ex-President Barack Obama, and with the huge "dark financial" support of the American left, staged a coup.

"We will be sailing in uncharted waters for the next few days," Obama said on Sunday.

The source said Biden's own staff had received no advance notice of the decision to withdraw from the race, which had been known since at least Tuesday. According to the source, Democratic Party insiders have known for at least two years that Biden's health was declining.

Josh Hammer, editor-in-chief of Newsweek, was stunned by the Democratic Party's coup against Biden.

"The so-called party of "democracy" is ousting its democratically elected candidate. All this is, to put it mildly, an incredible farce. "We're still a long way from November, and there's no telling what kind of 'October surprise' the Democrats are up to, but Donald Trump and JD Vance are still in good shape to win the election," Hammer was quoted as saying by Politico.

And as to who really leads America, Elon Musk answered in his characteristic sarcastic way after Alex Soros wrote after Biden's resignation: “It's time for us all to rally around Kamala Harris and defeat Donald Trump. He is our best and most qualified candidate. Long live the American dream!”

Commenting on Soros Jr.'s post on X, Elon Musk wrote: "I'd like to thank Alex Soros for not keeping everyone in the dark about who will be the next puppet," the Tesla chief wrote.

Well, until it is really decided who will be the president of the United States, the question remains, who actually leads the world's greatest power?
