The event's mission is to enable all Hun and Turkic-conscious nations to celebrate together in Hungary.

The Kurultaj is one of the strongest elements of the preservation of tradition in the Carpathian Basin, which shows great solidarity, said State Secretary Eszter Vitályos in charge of government communications at the Thursday press conference in Budapest, presenting the programs of the Kurultaj - Hungarian Tribal Gathering starting on August 9.

The Kurultaj's mission is to ensure that all Hun and Turk-conscious nations can celebrate together in Hungary, so this event is also one of the largest joint tradition-preserving events of relations with Turkic countries, the state secretary emphasized.

Eszter Vitályos emphasized: we need such strong alliances, true friendships, and the cooperation of countries that help and support each other in today's bloody times.

He added: the event connects science and the preservation of tradition, which contributes to the fact that we can explore and then experience the legacy of our ancestors in the most pure and true way possible.

Among the programs taking place in Bugacon between August 9 and 11, he drew attention to, among others, the giant yurt named Atilla's tent, which hosts the archaeological anthropological exhibition The Descendants of the Huns in the East and West, the Tarsolylemezek - Treasures of the Conquering Elite exhibition, the Topolyai For the City Museum's guest exhibition entitled "Bringing our Œsinket felhozád", as well as for the historical bow reconstruction exhibition and presentation entitled "Bow of the Ancestors, Ancestor of the Young".

He also mentioned that the status of the event is enhanced by the participation of more than a hundred Hungarian traditionalists and non-governmental organizations from the Carpathian Basin.

Chief organizer Zsolt András Bíró, president of the Magyar-Turán Non-profit Foundation, emphasized that the Kurultaj exemplifies the unity of the Carpathian Basin, and this year 27 related nations are represented at the event.

Among the novelties included in the program, he drew attention to the picture of life presenting a nomadic wedding, which is realized by more than 80 actors.

He also talked about the traditional army review, the nomadic cavalry battle with alternating weapons and the Eastern Bazaar, which hosts handicraft fairs and exhibitions.

Zoltán Varga, the technical director of the Magyar-Turán Non-profit Foundation, said that drinking water is provided at many points, taps have been installed, and shaded surfaces have been provided in the stands, in the tent camp and in several areas of the event.

He also drew attention to the renewed entrance gate of the craft fair, which guides visitors to the world of the peoples of the East.

Every two years in August, Bugac becomes the center of attention of related peoples who draw their bows, it becomes the capital of peoples with a Hun and Turk consciousness - stressed László Szabó, mayor of Bugac. He added: the festive reception on the opening day will be created with the cooperation of local residents, and this year the venue will be the park.
