János Áder's brother initiated criminal proceedings against Klára Dobrev because she claimed to be guilty of the pedophile scandal.

The Budapest II. and III. The District Court proposed the suspension of the immunity of Klára Dobrev, politician of the Democratic Coalition (DK) and member of the European Parliament. All this happened in the case of Annamária Áder Pölöskei's report.

The court suspended the criminal proceedings brought against Klára Dobrev by Annamária Gáborné Pölöskei - that is, the brother of János Áder - against Klára Dobrev due to the offense of defamation, and proposed to the president of the European Parliament that Klára Dobrev's immunity be suspended - it was revealed in the court's order dated August 29, which came into the possession of the Index.

Back in March of this year, János Áder's brother filed a complaint against Klára Dobrev as a private initiative for the offense of defamation committed in public, as the politician claimed that Annamária Áder Pölöskeiné was also guilty of the pedophile scandal, saying that the former head of state's sister is the capital's Department of Education, Child and Youth Protection as his manager, he knew about the pedophile director from Bicske, yet he did nothing.

The former head of state's brother clearly interpreted this as defamation, since after the department's investigation, on September 28, 2011, he informed the chief registrar and the deputy registrar in a written memo about the report, as well as the fact that the department headed by him had started preparing a criminal complaint.

He not only gave instructions for the development of the report, but also participated in it. He also suggested that "the local government submits the report to the county police headquarters, not the local one, thus avoiding that the local police department, which may be in the director's circle of acquaintances, conducts the investigation" - the former head of state previously recalled the details .

The European Parliament's Legal Committee will examine the motion

The court's motion to suspend Klára Dobrev's immunity will be announced by the President of the European Parliament in a plenary session, and the motion will be referred to the Legal Committee. Based on the procedural rules of the European Parliament, the committee will examine the request "immediately, but taking into account its complexity", without a time limit.

Klára Dobrev will be heard by the committee, she will have the opportunity to present any documents or other written evidence she deems relevant, but she may not participate in the discussion related to the request to suspend or maintain her immunity. The committee has 25 members and 24 alternate members - including one Hungarian alternate member, Ernő Schaller-Baross.

The committee will propose a decision in a closed session, in which it will recommend the suspension of immunity or the rejection of the request.

Then, at the plenary session following the Commission's decision, the European Parliament decides by a simple majority vote.

After the vote, the president immediately communicates the parliament's decision to the EP representative and the competent member state authority. Criminal proceedings can be continued in Hungary after the decision on the suspension of immunity has been served.

Gy. Erzsébet Németh already has immunity in this matter

Previously, Gáborné Áder Annamária Pölöskei filed a criminal complaint against Erzsébet Gy. Németh, a representative of the DK Parliament, due to public defamation. Parliamentarians are entitled to immunity, so they can only be held accountable for their actions after its suspension.

The reason was the same in this case, that is, in order for him to appear in court for his statements regarding the Bicske pedophile case, which the former head of state called a liar, his immunity had to be suspended. In the end, the decision of the Immunity Committee was accepted with 140 yes and 43 no votes, thus suspending the immunity of Erzsébet Gy. Németh.

According to the representative of the DK parliament, his immunity was taken away because he exposed a Fidesz pedophile helper.

János Áder, the former president of the republic, previously told our newspaper about the situation:

"I am not competent to sue in the case, but my sister is. I can say on his behalf, it was clear from the first moment that he had to sue."

At the beginning of February, the news broke that the former deputy director of the children's home in Bicske, Endre K., had received a pardon from the then president of the Republic, Katalin Novák, who resigned in February due to the scandal. K. Endre tried to silence the victims of the pedophile director János V. before testifying, for which the court sent him to prison for years. K. Endre's name was in the public eye for weeks, and since then the exact reason for the pardon has not been revealed.
