Due to the crime of theft, as a result of the ongoing investigation before the Central Prosecutor's Office, dr. Chief Prosecutor Péter Polt submitted a motion to the President of the European Parliament to suspend the immunity of the President of the Tisza Party, a member of the European Parliament, according to the public prosecutor's announcement on Thursday.

After leaving the nightclub, he headed towards the Danube, followed by several people, including the victim. The phone, worth more than HUF 100,000, was returned to the victim in working order after police action.
