Hollókő Palóc welcomes the public to the Pig Tort on October 26, already in the early morning hours. The purpose of the program is to show the Palóc culture and the traditions of Palóc life, the tricks of pig slaughtering, which was once common in almost every house. The prepared dishes offer an insight into a Palác flavor world that is hard to come by these days.
