What we see in Poland through the media is not a cause for confidence. The party of Law and Justice, PIS, did not lose the elections, as it received one million more votes than the Civic Platform, which came in second place, only the right wing was empty and they could not form a coalition, which is why we see Donald Tusk and his rainbow-colored coalition at the head of the Polish government . What is happening in Poland now? Because what we are seeing is the downgrading of the rule of law, since people were kicked out of the public media, the chief prosecutor was replaced, and the former interior minister was arrested. Meanwhile, the European Union behaves as if order has just been restored. The question was discussed by two Polish judges from the Polish Supreme Court and a staff member of the Polish Institute of Law, moderated by historian and journalist Irén Rab.
