It is expected that the water level of 560 plus or minus 10 centimeters measured on the upper Kisköre will be reached on November 24.
The Közép Tisza Provincial Water Administration plans to adjust the winter water level of Lake Tisza in two stages (to Kötivizig), they wrote in their announcement.
In the first step, the water level of the reservoir will be reduced to the lower winter water level (Kisköre-upper: 560 plus or minus 10 cm) based on a monitoring plan prepared by the cooperation of Tisza-tavi Sporthorgász Közhasznú Nonprofit Kft. and KÖTIVIZIG. The implementation of the water level reduction can of course be influenced and modified by a possible tidal wave in the Tisza.
In the first stage starting on November 4, we will first reduce the water level of the reservoir at a rate of 10 cm per day, and then at a rate of 7-8 cm per day, so it is expected that on November 24 we will reach the 560 plus or minus 10 cm measured on the upper Kisköre water level
they wrote.
A separate information sheet will be published on the second stage of adjusting the winter water level of Lake Tisza, in which the lower winter water level is adjusted to the higher winter water level (Kisköre-upper: 620 minus 10 cm).
Kötivizig draws the attention of those concerned to the fact that they should be more aware of the expected phenomena (water level changes) when operating and mooring water devices (ships, boats, floating structures, piers), and when operating ferries, and take the necessary measures.
