48-year-old Miroslav Bileckij was born in the village of Rakasz in the Subcarpathian Huszti district. In 2020, he was elected to the Subcarpathian Regional Council as a member of the Ridne Zakarpattya party.

Miroslav Bilecki was born in 1976 in the village of Rakasz (Rokosovo) in the Subcarpathian Huzti district. He graduated from the Lemberg Polytechnic with a degree in business economics. In the 2019 parliamentary elections, Hrojszman ran as a candidate for the Ukrainian Strategy party. In 2020, he was elected to the Subcarpathian Territorial Council as a member of the Ridne Zakarpattya party.
