For a patriot, for a sovereignist, coming to Budapest is like going to the Vatican for a Catholic or going on a pilgrimage to Mecca for a Muslim, or profanely like going to Las Vegas for a gambler.
Perhaps my dear Hungarian friends do not take into account how much admiration and sympathy is directed towards them by millions of patriots. Admiration and a little envy when we think of their leader, Viktor Orbán - Gian Luigi Ferretti, the head of international relations of the largest conservative Italian trade union, UGL, which has two million members, led the presentation. In his speech, he emphasized that his union helped the right-wing forces come to power in Italy, they share their decades of experience with other organizations in Europe that share similar principles, and they are at the forefront of building an international patriotic-conservative trade union network. Their ultimate goal, as the Patriots for Europe faction, is to make Europe great again.
