In addition, Gyurcsány has no moral grounds on earth to be outraged when it comes to Hungarians living abroad.
After the Russian attack on Subcarpathia, Ferenc Gyurcsány sent a message to Péter Szijjártó in a Facebook post that, in his opinion, the government was not sufficiently critical of Russia.
As we wrote earlier, Subcarpathia was hit by a rocket attack at dawn on Sunday, for the second time since the beginning of the war.
The leader of the Democratic Coalition commented on Szijjártó's Facebook post and shared his comment in another post. "I'm tearing into them on Szijjártó's side, because an orphan in a pair with Orbán tolerates Putin's attack on Transcarpathia without a lick of meat. Traitors!” he wrote on his page.
In the post, he specifically said:
Go to hell! You are such damned great Hungarians that you will get caught up in it, you are constantly banging your chests that "this is the Hungarian interest, this is the Hungarian interest", and then you shut up.
"Because you didn't dare to write a single bad word about your master, Putin. You don't dare describe that the Russians attacked Subcarpathia," wrote Ferenc Gyurcsány, referring to Szijjártó's own post stating that "missile strikes took place in Subcarpathia today."
You bastards are traitorous pieces of shit. It's a miserable company, with your boss Orbán at the helm
- added the leader of DK.
Now, on the one hand, it is customary to shoot, bomb and do other nasty things in wars. The warring parties do this to each other in order to prevail on the battlefield, i.e. to force their will on their opponents with weapons. One could say that war is the bankruptcy of diplomacy;
from here, we are telling all the heathens who blow on Orbán for going on a peace tour and sitting down to negotiate with the opponent that they are complete idiots.
What the European Union and the Hungarian opposition are doing in this matter is called diplomatic barbarism.
There is no need for diplomacy with our friends, you can chat with them at any time, that's why they are friends. Diplomacy is usually reserved for adversaries.
Hopefully, with Trump's victory, the EU powers will also come down from their disgustingly deceitful and hypocritical moral high ground and will be willing to communicate with the Russians for the sake of peace. You can forget the "why talk if you can kill" approach.
It is clear to every sane person, even from the first day of the war that has lasted almost three years, that Ukraine cannot win this war on the front, even with Western help. That is why we need an early ceasefire and then a negotiation.
Because we are slowly getting to the point where the active part of the Ukrainian population can be driven away or exterminated once and for all, which means that the country will never recover from this demographic shock. There will be something there, with borders still unknown today, called Ukraine, and there will certainly be Ukrainian citizens in it, but the majority of them will not be Ukrainians, that is quite certain.
Some will make a living at rebuilding, just as they made a living at killing.
And it is also certain that this war did not start when Putin woke up on a foggy morning in February, wondering what he should do that day, slapped his forehead, and then the realization dawned on him: I will attack these kind, peaceful Ukrainians, who are so they are friendly with my people and never threatened me with anything.
And then come the other side!
The man who orchestrated the shameful 2004 referendum, the man who attacked the Hungarians across the border wherever he could, has no moral basis to refer to their Transcarpathians. With nothing.
Of course, Gyurcsány never knew when it was wiser to listen, and the appearance of the Tisza made him doubt. We understand. And in the end, we smile: not much good can be said about Péter Magyar's march, but at least he sent DK to the floor.
