Gábor Polyák, as associate professor at ELTE, requests that Balázs Orbán obtain a PhD degree at this institution. Fortunately, the management of the famous university distanced itself from its employee.
You should know that there is a huge difference between law and politics. In the past, the ELTE Faculty of Law was never a place for political positions.
Balázs Orbán's dissertation is certainly not about his current position, and he probably does not want to support the esteemed evaluation committee with his political convictions.
You may wish to receive confirmation of the development of your legal knowledge by taking an exam before an independent, highly knowledgeable professional committee. The university gave the opportunity by starting the doctoral process.
In my opinion, Gábor Polyák's individual partisan opinion can only be considered as fly swatters on last year's calendar. I believe that the glory of my alma mater is also due to the professional advancement of the students who graduated there.
Gábor Polyák announced a verdict without a legal basis, purely according to his ingrained political views. "Judge not, lest ye be judged." His morally questionable behavior does not fit with the traditions of the ELTE Faculty of Law, but what can I say, his soul is on him.
