In any case, Péter Magyar managed to slam the car door onto the hand of the reporter who was asking him. I wonder what such a person would do if given real power?
The Mandiner staff also accompanied Péter Magyar on his tour of the country on Thursday.
Márk Móna wanted to ask a few questions to the leader of the Tisza Party, who let it slip by his ear and hurriedly got into his car. In his great effort, he skillfully slammed the car door on his colleague, who informed him of the incident:
"He closed the door on my hand!"
"Then get him out of there!" - was Magyar's gallant reply.
His Hungarian party colleagues were not in a talkative mood either, they did not answer questions, and the press was not allowed into the events. They just wanted to ask what he meant by that
"sprinkled a lot of money".
He also made a mistake with a knife
Magyar in front of the institution in Bicske with Veronika Cséplőné Gönczi, director general of the General Directorate of Child Protection and
Péter Csizi started a long verbal battle with the Deputy State Secretary responsible for social affairs.
Before the visit to Bicske, Magyar had already visited the child protection institution in Miskolc, where he also posted pictures of its poor condition. Then he also visited the children's home in Nyírszőlős, where he was not allowed to enter.
The State Secretary of the Ministry of the Interior responsible for the area, Attila Fülöp, subsequently announced on Facebook: they do not require Péter Magyar's visits to child protection institutions, nor do they provide the opportunity for him. Nevertheless, the member of the European Parliament also visited the children's home in Bicske.
At the gate of the home, in the debate with the deputy state secretary, Magyar talked about the pedophile cases linked to the children's home in Bicske, as well as the low wages of the home's workers.
The one-and-a-half-hour give-and-take did not lead to a result, in the end Magyar was not allowed in, but unlike the visit to Nyírszőlős, the head of the institution took the gift for the children from him.
