The European Union Civil Cooperation Council (EuCET) has decided to support the Patriots for Europe faction operating in the European Parliament by creating a foundation with legal personality - announced László Csizmadia, the president of the Civil Solidarity Forum (CÖF) and the Civil Solidarity Public Foundation (CÖKA) at a press conference on Wednesday .
László Csizmadia said that the truth must be faced that Europe's economy was ruined and the war did not bring results.
According to him, the task of the Patriots faction is to spearhead economic and political initiatives on behalf of the civilian population that help end the war and clarify the differences between illegal and other immigration.
The Patriots for Europe faction can become the strongest in Europe, he declared.
According to László Csizmadia, a new foundation called the Patriot European Union Civil Cooperation Council (PeuCET) would help the Patriots on the basis of a strategic contract, thus supporting European workers in a new way and promoting a better living for the population.
The faction was open to cooperation - added the president of CÖF-CÖKA, noting that Santiago Abascal Conde, the elected president of the party family, expressed his gratitude for the support in a letter.
Máté Tordai, the foreign affairs director of CÖF-CÖKA, said at the press conference: in recent years, they wanted to organize the patriotic Christian conservative NGOs operating in European countries into a community of values.
He added: I want to ensure that the European Union, which has "given up its values and lost its direction", returns to its values, finds its way back to the path of responsible decision-making and maintains its competitiveness.
"The purpose of the foundation is to enforce the concept of a Europe of nation states based on respect for national sovereignty and the mutual cooperation of the member states, to represent and protect European values and the interests of citizens, and to provide civil support for the work of the Patriots for Europe party family"
- said Máté Tordai, stating: they want to lay the foundations for a package of proposals with a better intention, coming from real civil society.
Norbert Heizler, the operational director of CÖF-CÖKA, reported that, similar to their 2020 campaign launched during the coronavirus epidemic, this year they want to help those in need during the Christmas period.
According to his statement
in the coming days, CÖF-CÖKA will deliver around 20 tons of fruit donations to 130 state children's homes across the country. Apples and oranges benefit 9,300 caring and nurturing employees
he added.
