The homemade bomb has not yet been found by the authorities.
Our embassy in Paris is currently being searched by the French authorities with the involvement of two bomb-detecting dogs, after our colleagues working at the embassy received a life-threatening threat in the form of an email, wrote Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó on his Facebook page on Saturday afternoon.
A photo of homemade explosive devices was also attached to the letter, which the French authorities have not yet found.
Based on the current information, the letter probably came from an address connected to a neighboring country, which is already being investigated by the Hungarian services in order to ensure that our diplomats can work safely during the particularly difficult period ahead, the minister said.
