Similar to their 2020 mission launched during the Covid epidemic, CÖF-CÖKA wants to help those in need during the Christmas season. The organization delivers twenty tons of fruit donations to 130 state children's homes across the country. Apples and oranges benefit 9,300 caring and nurturing employees.
"We delivered the donations to all 19 counties. There are locations to which our volunteers deliver it, and there are those where the institutions themselves take it to a county collection point, from where the people concerned deliver it on. We gave gifts to more than 130 organizations, the children and the employees of the organizations receive 1 kg of oranges and 1 kg of apples each. Our goal with the donation was to strengthen the immune system of the recipients during the winter period."
