Honey Pusedli is a sweet of Dutch and German origin, which has been a popular holiday sweet in our country since the 19th century.

As Christmas approaches, 5-6,000 honey puddings are made a day in the yard of the Tárnoky family's house. And so it has been for centuries.

"Now we roll the dough, which we kneaded earlier with the machine, on the table, this is a 10 kilo dough, roll it to a thickness that depends on the type of pudding we are making and then it will be sliced and put in the baking pan."

Csaba Tárnoky learned the craft from his grandfather, which he has practiced since childhood. According to many, the candy is old-fashioned, but during the holidays there is a great demand for it, which is often brought under the tree as interesting things, HírTV.hu .

"In our family, the craft of gingerbread goes back more than 130 years. My great-grandfather settled in Mohács from Tápióság, and in 1882 he received an industrial license here and began to practice his craft, which was then passed down through several generations. Over the years, our family's seat became Bóly, where the gingerbread that has since become famous in the area is made. In addition, we also deal with candle casting." - can be read on the family's website, tarnokymezes.hu .
