One of the biggest football concerns in the world bought the Dutch-English coach out of his contract.

Pascal Jansen is leaving the post of head coach of the Ferencváros football team.

Gábor Kubatov, the president of the club, announced on his social media page on Tuesday that one of the world's largest football concerns bought the Dutch-English coach out of his contract.

The 51-year-old Jansen was appointed head coach of Ferencváros on June 13, and now, according to his website, the club "asked and received a significant amount" for him.

The FTC footballers will temporarily start training in January under the guidance of Jansen's assistant, Leandro de Almeida, who won four league titles in nine years in green and white colors. After finishing his career, Leandro worked with the second team of Ferencváros between 2020 and 2023, and since 2023 he has strengthened the club as a second coach.

The goal set for the team remains unchanged, to get as far as possible in the Europa League, to win the championship and the Hungarian Cup - read on the fradi.hu page.
