The National Heritage Institute and the Association for Hungarian Remembrance in the World respectfully invite you to the memorial inauguration ceremony to be held on the occasion of the 350th anniversary of the birth of the painter Ádám Mányok.
Date: Friday, December 8, 2023, 11 a.m. Location: Fiumei út cemetery, plot 34, row 1, grave site 50 (1086 Budapest, Fiumei út 16-18)
Director General Gábor Móczár, head of the National Heritage Institute, and Csongor Csáky, president of the Rákóczi Association, give greetings.
Memorial speech by dr. Miklós Messik, president of the Association for Hungarian Memories in the World. György Szücs, the scientific deputy director of the Museum of Fine Arts-Hungarian National Gallery, gives an opening speech.
The artist Csaba Nagy participates.
After the event, a projected performance can be viewed in the cemetery's government waiting room (right wing of the funeral home). Introductory thoughts are given by dr. Mária Prokopp is an art historian and university professor. Speakers: dr. Miklós Messik and János Dinyési (MEVE board members).
Contributors: students of the vocational high school and college (junior school) of fine and applied arts.
