They say that style is the person. If so, if not, the style says a lot about its wearer.

In Hír TV's Wednesday evening Pluszminusz program, State Secretary Tamás Menczer and MSZP Member of Parliament Attila Mesterházy discussed the vaccines against the coronavirus and the operation of the vaccination plan. That would be fine so far. It is also the fact that they think differently on many issues, even if they express their differing opinions in a polarizing manner. In the debate between two politicians, many things are allowed, but there are, or should be, limits to who is saying it.

However, Mr. Mesterházy forgot for a minute that he was sitting in a television studio and not in a "better kind of pub". Tamás Menczer "would have been slapped in the face" there, according to him.

In our opinion, this is the line that should not be crossed in a debate between two politicians. The MSZP representative seems to think otherwise.

The quoted "stylish" expression can be seen from 9 minutes 40 seconds on the Hír TV recording.
