Péter Szijjártó reacted on his social media page to the Austrian displeasure that the MTVA news agency dared to criticize the Austrian journalist who wanted to write a disparaging article about Fidesz.
The minister wrote the following lines on his Facebook page:
"I see, I hear, there is a lot of excitement in Austria, because the news of Hungarian Television dared to criticize an Austrian journalist.
Little by little, the hypocrisy of the press and the expression of opinions is coming down: the football player can freely say if he thinks family is family, but he is fired if he takes a stand against the liberal mainstream on family and migration.
A liberal journalist can easily spread fake news about a country , since there is freedom of the press, but if another journalist dares to criticize (in Hungarian, he also gives his opinion), then it is an attack on the freedom of the press.
Well, my dear friends, two betlis in a few days, that's pathetic...
(By the way, my Austrian colleague and friend called me a few minutes before taking off from Bishkek, and I told him all this.)"
